Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident buying from us. Every purchase of a Userless product from Apparate Pty Ltd (ABN 47 686 157 559) is backed by our 90-day money-back guarantee.

How to request a refund

Email hello@yourdomain.com.au within 90 days of your purchase from the email address you used to buy, with:

• your order or receipt reference (or the email used at checkout); and
• a quick note that you’d like a refund (you don’t have to explain why, though feedback helps us improve).

How refunds are processed

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• We aim to action refund requests within 2 business days and to process the refund within 5–10 business days; your bank or card provider may take additional time to show it.
• Refunds are made in the original currency and amount paid. We’re not responsible for any exchange-rate differences or fees charged by your bank.

What’s covered

The guarantee covers the price you paid for the Userless product. Because our products are digital and delivered in full at purchase, the 90-day guarantee is how we make buying risk-free — you don’t need to “return” anything, and you may keep any files you downloaded.

Fair use

The guarantee is offered in good faith. We may decline or limit refunds where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused — for example, repeated buy-and-refund activity across multiple orders, or clear breaches of our Terms & Conditions (such as redistributing the files).

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a remedy under the law regardless of this policy. Nothing here reduces those rights.
