This Privacy Policy explains how Apparate Pty Ltd (ABN 47 686 157 559) (“Userless”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you visit our website, buy our products, or interact with our advertising. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and — where they apply — the EU/UK GDPR for visitors in those regions.

• Purchase information — records of what you bought and when. Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details on our systems.
• Technical & usage data — IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time on page, and similar analytics collected automatically via cookies and tracking technologies.
• Marketing data — how you found us (including advertising campaign identifiers/UTMs), and your interactions with our ads and emails.

This may include creating “Custom Audiences” using a hashed version of your email address.

6. Who we share it with

10. Marketing & unsubscribing

We only send commercial electronic messages consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and we action opt-outs promptly. You can also email us to be removed from all marketing.

11. Children

Our website and products are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
